Self Description: I am a woman who understands the language of the body and the power of breath. As a Pilates and yoga instructor, I've learned that real strength is quiet, intentional, and built from within. Every day I help people find balance not only physically, but emotionally. Movement is my profession, harmony is my philosophy. When the body is aligned, the heart follows. I was raised with strong family values and the belief that love is a choice made every day. For me, relationships are grounding, partnership, and mutual respect. I am feminine and warm, but also disciplined and resilient. Flexibility taught me patience; balance taught me loyalty. I am not here to "see what happens." Just like in yoga, you either hold the pose or you step off the mat. Intention matters. I am open to relocating for the right man. Home is not a place, it is two people who choose each other fully. When I commit, I do it with my whole heart.
